Statement of Faith

Our Beliefs

Our Statement of Faith explains the core Christian beliefs we affirm and teach: the authority of Scripture, the person and work of Jesus Christ, salvation by grace, and our call to proclaim the gospel.

We believe the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. They are the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

We believe in one eternal God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, and personal return in power and glory.

We believe that salvation is a gift of God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. His shed blood provides the only grounds for justification, forgiveness, and eternal life for all who believe.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, whose indwelling enables the Christian to live a godly life. He empowers the believer with gifts for service, unites us as the Body of Christ, and convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment.

We believe in the universal Church, composed of all who are regenerated by the Holy Spirit. The local church is the visible expression of Christ’s body, called to worship, fellowship, discipleship, and mission.

We believe in the urgent mandate to preach the gospel to all nations, making disciples, baptizing, and teaching obedience to Jesus’ commands until He returns.
